# Fantasy Farm Activity Waiver and Safety Agreement

Fantasy Farm includes physical activities and attractions including Water Mountain, Water Wars, inflatables, slides, bouncing areas, play equipment and other family attractions.

By purchasing tickets, entering the attraction area or allowing a child in your care to take part, you confirm that you have read and accepted this waiver and safety agreement.

## 1. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.

Parents and guardians must decide whether each activity is suitable for their child based on their age, height, ability, confidence and health.

Children must follow all safety instructions given by Fantasy Farm staff, attraction operators and signage on site.

Fantasy Farm staff may refuse entry to any activity where they believe it is unsafe for a guest to take part.

## 2. Water Mountain Rules

For safety reasons:

* Under 5s cannot ride Water Mountain.

* Shoes must not be worn on Water Mountain.

* Socks must be worn on Water Mountain at all times.

* Guests without socks may be refused entry.

* Guests must remove sharp items, loose jewellery, glasses and anything that may cause injury.

* No food, drink, chewing gum or loose items are allowed on the attraction.

* Guests must slide in the correct position as instructed by staff.

* No pushing, jumping, climbing, wrestling, running or unsafe behaviour is allowed.

* Guests must wait for the person in front to clear the slide before starting.

* Guests must leave the landing area straight away after using the slide.

## 3. Water Wars Rules

For safety reasons:

* Full-size Water Guns are for guests aged 7 and above only.

* Children aged 6 or under will be provided with smaller water pistols.

* Children must use the Water Wars equipment provided for their age group.

* Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.

* Guests must not aim water at faces, eyes, ears or anyone outside the activity area.

* No running, pushing, climbing or rough play is allowed.

* Guests must stay within the marked Water Wars area.

* Water Guns and water pistols must not be used in any way that may cause injury or distress to other guests.

* Fantasy Farm staff may remove anyone from the attraction for unsafe behaviour.

## 4. General Inflatable Rules

For all inflatables and play attractions:

* Shoes must be removed before entry unless staff say otherwise.

* Socks may be required on certain attractions.

* Pockets must be emptied before taking part.

* Glasses, sharp items, jewellery, badges, belts and loose objects must be removed where possible.

* No food, drink, chewing gum or face paint likely to transfer onto equipment is allowed.

* No flips, somersaults, rough play, wrestling, pushing or climbing on walls.

* Guests must not sit, lie down or block entrances, exits or landing areas.

* Bigger children must be kept separate from smaller children where required.

* Guests must follow any age, height, weight or capacity limits displayed at the attraction.

* Guests must leave the inflatable when asked by staff.

* Anyone behaving dangerously may be removed from the attraction.

## 5. Health and Suitability

Guests should not take part in Water Mountain, Water Wars, inflatables or physical attractions if they:

* Have a heart condition, back injury, neck injury or serious medical condition.

* Are pregnant.

* Have broken bones, casts, splints or recent injuries.

* Feel unwell, dizzy or unable to take part safely.

* Have been advised by a doctor to avoid physical activity.

* Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable, please speak to a member of staff before taking part.

## 6. Weather and Attraction Closures

Fantasy Farm is an outdoor event. Attractions may be closed, paused or changed at any time due to weather, safety concerns, ground conditions, maintenance, staff instruction or operational reasons.

This includes wind, heavy rain, thunder, lightning or any condition that may make an attraction unsafe.

## 7. Assumption of Risk

You understand that physical attractions involve normal risks, including slips, trips, falls, bumps, collisions, minor injuries, wet clothing and contact with other guests.

By taking part, or allowing a child in your care to take part, you accept these normal risks and agree to follow all safety rules.

## 8. Damage and Unsafe Behaviour

Guests must treat all equipment with care.

Fantasy Farm may remove any guest from an attraction or the event site if they ignore safety instructions, behave dangerously or put themselves, staff or other guests at risk.

Parents and guardians may be responsible for damage caused by deliberate misuse of equipment by children in their care.

## 9. Liability

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits Fantasy Farm’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Fantasy Farm is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by a guest ignoring safety rules, misusing equipment or failing to follow staff instructions.

## 10. Agreement

By entering the activity area, using the attractions or allowing a child in your care to take part, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood these rules.

* You accept responsibility for children in your care.

* You will follow staff instructions at all times.

* You understand that failure to follow the rules may result in removal from an attraction without refund.
