Fantasy Farm - Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at Fantasy Farm.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Organiser

2. Event Details
Fantasy Farm takes place at Cattows Farm, Leicestershire.
The event is scheduled to run from 1 August to 31 August, with opening hours from 10:00 to 17:00 each day.
Tickets are sold as general day entry tickets for a specific date. Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket.
Last entry is 15:00.
3. Ticket Purchase
All attendees require a valid ticket to enter Fantasy Farm.
Tickets are sold through Easol.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold, transferred, exchanged or passed on to another person without the organiser’s written permission.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold, transferred or obtained in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be sent by email.
Tickets are usually dispatched 7 days before the event date.
Where tickets are purchased within 7 days of the event date, tickets will be dispatched by email after purchase.
Customers are responsible for checking that the email address provided at the time of booking is correct.
If tickets have not been received, customers should contact the ticket provider or organiser before travelling to the event.
5. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, change of plans, weather, personal circumstances, booking the wrong date or failing to arrive before last entry.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
Refunds will only be offered where Fantasy Farm is cancelled by the organiser and no rescheduled date is provided, or where a refund is required by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Postponement or Rescheduling
If Fantasy Farm, or any date of Fantasy Farm, is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
Customers should retain their original ticket as it will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Refunds will not be issued for postponed or rescheduled dates unless required by law.
The organiser will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, parking or other costs incurred by customers in connection with a postponed, rescheduled or cancelled event.
7. Weather
Fantasy Farm is an outdoor farm-based event and will go ahead in wet weather unless the organiser decides it is unsafe to open.
Customers should dress appropriately for the weather and ground conditions.
No refunds will be issued due to poor weather, rain, heat, wind, mud or other weather-related conditions.
8. Attractions and Activities
A Fantasy Farm ticket includes general entry to the event and access to the main included attractions, including:
- Dinosaur Kingdom
- Sunflower Trail
- Water Wars
- Water Slide
The fun fair, inflatables and food vendors are not included in the ticket price and will be charged separately.
Some attractions, activities, rides, areas or facilities may close, change or operate with reduced capacity due to weather, safety, maintenance, staffing, operational requirements or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
No refunds or compensation will be issued if any attraction, activity, ride, area or facility is unavailable, changed, delayed or closed during the event.
Use of the water slide is subject to a minimum height requirement of 1.1m.
9. Entry and Re-Entry
Entry is permitted from 10:00.
Last entry is 15:00.
Re-entry is permitted during event opening hours, subject to ticket checks, security checks and any procedures in place on the day.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or re-entry where necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.
10. Children and Supervision
All attendees require a valid ticket.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of children in their care at all times.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for children left unattended.
11. Accessibility and Carers
Fantasy Farm takes place on a working farm site. While the site is accessible, ground conditions may vary depending on the weather.
Some areas may include grass, uneven ground, mud or farm terrain.
Accessible toilets will be available.
Essential companion or carer tickets are available for eligible customers. Customers must show a valid Nimbus Card. No advance application is required.
12. Dogs
Dogs are permitted at Fantasy Farm.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and must clean up after them.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any dog that causes a nuisance, behaves aggressively or creates a safety issue.
13. Food and Drink
Customers may bring food and soft drinks into the event.
Alcohol must not be brought into the event.
Food and drink vendors will be available on site and will charge separately.
14. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted at Fantasy Farm:
- Alcohol
- Smoking materials
- Vapes
- Chairs
- Gazebos
- Any illegal items
- Any items considered dangerous, unsafe or unsuitable by the organiser or security team
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on site.
The organiser reserves the right to search bags, refuse entry or remove prohibited items.
15. Behaviour and Safety
Customers must behave respectfully towards staff, security, vendors, performers and other attendees.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
- behaves in an abusive, aggressive, threatening or antisocial way
- appears intoxicated
- breaches these Terms & Conditions
- ignores instructions from staff or security
- causes a safety risk
- damages property
- disrupts the event or other customers’ enjoyment
Anyone refused entry or removed from the event will not be entitled to a refund.
16. Site Rules
Customers must follow all instructions given by the organiser, event staff, stewards and security.
Customers must stay within permitted public areas and must not enter restricted, staff-only or operational areas.
Fantasy Farm takes place on a farm site. Customers should take care when moving around the site and should expect uneven ground, grass, mud and other farm conditions.
17. Changes to the Event
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event where necessary.
This includes changes to attractions, layouts, opening arrangements, activities, facilities, vendors, advertised features, entry procedures and site rules.
No refund or compensation will be issued for changes that do not amount to a cancellation of the event.
18. Photography and Filming
Photography and filming may take place at Fantasy Farm.
By attending the event, you agree that you may appear in general event photography or video footage used for marketing, promotional or commercial purposes.
Customers may take personal photos and videos, provided this does not interfere with other guests, staff or the operation of the event.
Professional photography, filming, drones or commercial recording are not permitted without written permission from the organiser.
19. Liability
The organiser will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense caused by:
- customer negligence
- failure to follow site rules or staff instructions
- weather conditions
- uneven or muddy ground
- personal belongings being lost, stolen or damaged
- travel disruption
- costs linked to attending or not being able to attend the event
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
20. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
21. Force Majeure
The organiser will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, flooding, fire, epidemic, pandemic, disease outbreak, government restrictions, safety issues, power failure, terrorism, security threats, industrial action or any other event beyond the organiser’s control.
Where the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, the organiser will communicate the available options to ticket holders.
22. Privacy
Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Customer data may be used for ticketing, event administration, customer service, safety, security and event communications.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
